"MAVS ON THE MOVE"

Dear Parents:
We have lots to plan in the next four months before our children become the second GRADUATING CLASS OF GHS!
The “MAVS ON THE MOVE” Mystery Night will be on May 23rd, beginning at 8:30 pm after graduation night. We will be charging $150 for the evening filled with food, fun and fellowship.
We will need the Seniors to sign up by February 15th, (forms are in student services) and make the first payment of $50 at that time. This deposit will allow us to start making plans and paying the vendors for the fun times ahead. The remaining balance can be made in installments as follows:
March 15th/$50 and the final payment on April 15th/$50, or you can pay the full amount at sign up, whichever is easiest for you.
Checks can be made payable to Mavs on the Move, and can be turned to Stephanie Volk in the school office. Make sure you put your child’s name on the memo line of your check.
One of the gifts your child will receive is a DVD of Maverick Memories. So please be gathering at least 5 pictures of your child on a flash drive. The pictures can be from birth to senior year. Photos can be turned into the school attn: Katherine Puckett. Please turn them in by March 1st.
We will have a parent meeting soon. We will make you aware of the date and time as soon as possible. I hope that each of will be able to attend. We are still in need of LOTS of volunteers to help throughout the night. Please email Paula Bennett (paula.bennett@comcast.net) if you are available.
It will take all of us to make “MAVS ON THE MOVE” a wonderful memory for our kids.
